Situated within the urban zone of La Rochelle, in the middle of a working-class neighborhood of single-family homes, the project supports itself on the potential of local forms of architecture. This urban fabric of higher density (60 housing units/hectare), looks to solidify its spot in the local area by offering a variety of scales and ambiances, both intimate and shared, which are conducive to the needs of the busy neighborhood.
